This Decaf coffee is derived from the popular Mina Rica, Female Owned Estate coffee bean.  It is a Sugarcane processed decaf which ensures the existing tasting notes are not lost due to the decaf process.  

Mina Rica is a 3rd generation coffee producer high in the Andes of Colombia.  The estate resides in the town of Concordia in the Antioquia region, where currently the estate is managed by the granddaughter of the original owner and coffee farmer.

Mina Rica's entire ethos is supporting emerging female voices in the coffee industry and connecting young coffee farmers with international clients that support and motivate them to stay in the coffee business.
